Substitution
bloom.com.my reserves the right to substitute any of the items based on availability. We would ensure that items replaced will either be of equivalent or of a higher value. However, we will not replace the main flowers chosen (e.g. If the choice of the main flowers is red roses, we will substitute with a different colour for the rose if red colour is not available and not substitute with other types of flowers.)
